The questions

Questions you may have already asked yourself.

Does a late bedtime lower my HRV? Do workout days deepen my sleep? Does time in daylight help me sleep? Landmark Trends asks twelve reviewed questions, each pairing something you do with a sleep or heart reading.

  • Your own historyEach question compares days in the last six months of Apple Health data, on your iPhone.
  • A fixed setThe free app has twelve questions. It does not ask you to build a test or type your own question.
  • What changedWhen you return, Since you last looked shows answers whose level or measured difference moved.

The answers

An answer says how sure it is.

Recurring, Hypothesis, No clear difference and Not enough data each mean something different. Open an answer to see the two groups side by side, the months that agree and how the comparison was worked out.

  • RecurringThe difference kept showing up across months. It is a pattern, not proof of a cause.
  • HypothesisThe difference may be there, but the months or the checks leave more uncertainty.
  • No clear differenceThe two groups look about the same in your data. That is an answer too.
  • Not enough dataOne side has too few days to compare yet. More recorded days fill it in over time.

Apple Health

Your history stays on your iPhone.
